The loss of provider revenue and accompanying cash deterioration caused by COVID-19 requires organizations to adapt operations to ensure long-term financial viability. The webinar will focus on revenue cycle operational enhancements, liquidity management and other ideas to preserve cash.

Presenter:
Nelson Lowman is a Managing Director in BRG’s Hospital Performance Improvement practice. He applies his 25 plus years of healthcare operations and solution delivery experience to clients and counsel regarding provider efficiency improvement, revenue cycle transformation and financial turnaround guidance.  For the past 15 years, Nelson has held consulting leadership positions serving a diverse spectrum of health care provider clients throughout the United States and United Kingdom working at global consulting firms. In addition to consulting experience, Nelson served as a Director of Revenue Cycle operations at the University of Maryland Medical System and Faculty Practice Financial Lead at LifeBridge Health. Nelson is a Healthcare Financial Management Association Certified Health Care Financial Professional (CHFP) and a member of the American Association of Professional Coders (AAPC) as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC, CPC-H).
