As a dedicated professional currently serving as Director of Healthcare Competitive Intelligence at Fidelity Health, I leverage my expertise in market analysis and strategic planning in the employer health benefits space. My role involves evaluating industry trends, identifying competitive opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape strategic decisions.
Prior to Fidelity, I’ve held many leadership positions in healthcare organizations , such as management consulting for hospitals and health systems, and medical technology. My ACHE membership and involvement has been the consistent driver over the years in all aspects of my work.
ACHE has always benefited me. Over the course of my career ongoing education requirements and the established ACHE network has honed my knowledge of the evolving healthcare landscape which provides a strong foundation for my current work.
In [2013], I earned my FACHE designation, which has not only been a milestone in my career but also connected me with a nationwide community of professionals who have achieved the same distinction. This connection has been valuable both professionally and personally. One notable example was when I recently reached out to a fellow FACHE and healthcare executive in the ACHE South Florida Chapter. We discussed an opportunity to highlight and elevate patient advocacy for her leadership team. This experience embodies the spirit of ACHE and the significance of the FACHE designation as a lifelong commitment to professional growth, leadership, and advancing excellence in healthcare management.
