“Hot and Transferable:” High Demand Skills

The healthcare job market is competitive, and healthcare organizations, including hospitals, have faced significant financial struggles since the pandemic, which have made it even more challenging to find jobs in the healthcare sector. This environment, therefore, necessitates that job applicants and those who want to progress in their careers invest in acquiring and developing transferable and in high demand skills.

One objective of our Lunch-N-Learn events is for speakers to share their experiences and explore skills that helped them succeed in their careers, such as data analytics, quality and performance improvement, innovation, and population health management.
