AGENDA:
As healthcare leaders, we embrace the principle that quality of care should not vary on the basis of the patients’ socioeconomic, ethnic, gender, or geographic background. However, despite significant efforts to expand access to high-quality healthcare, inequities in the U.S. persist- especially in vulnerable populations. Collectively, our healthcare system has an obligation to do better.

Steve will discuss the new 5-year extension of the MassHealth Medicaid waiver and its impact/meaning for advancing health equity initiatives here in MA.
