The ACHE of Massachusetts chapter is thrilled to announce our FIRST in-person chapter event since November 2019. Please join us for “Beyond Disruption: Healthcare for the Future, Redesigned and Reimagined” – ACHE of MA’s Spring Healthcare Summit, which will be held on Thursday, June 9th, 2022 at the Encore Boston Harbor in Everett, MA. We expect a very strong turnout of healthcare leaders and executives from around the region… an incredible networking opportunity we have so missed these past two years!
Event Update: We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 case trend in our region. In order to maximize the opportunity for us to meet in person, our health and safety protocol for this event applies to all attendees and involves: 1) full vaccination, 2) negative COVID-19 test onsite, and 3) masking during the event.

This all-day conference will be broken up into two exciting sections, with Dan Gebremedhin, MD kicking off the morning with a keynote presentation.
Both AM and PM sessions are worth 1.5 Face to Face credits, and 2 Qualified Education credits will be awarded.

Keynote: Dan Gebremedhin, MD
Dan is a Partner at Flare Capital Partners, where he has led investments into and sits on the Boards of Somatus, Eden Health, Oui Health, Votive Health and Elektra Health. Dan was a practicing Internal Medicine Physician at the Massachusetts General Hospital and had a Faculty appointment as an Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School from 2010 until 2019.

Constantinos (Taki) Michaelidis, MD, MBA, MS is an internal medicine physician by clinical training and practices as a virtual home hospitalist in the UMass Memorial Health (UMMH) Hospital at Home program where he is medical director and faculty in the Program in Digital Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

Dr. Milford is a practicing internal medicine physician and an experienced executive who is responsible for leading the delivery of the virtual product portfolio across CVS Health, including seamless, omnichannel virtual care solutions that deliver meaningful results for both consumers and providers.
Afternoon Moderator: John Polanowicz
John Polanowicz is a seasoned healthcare professional with over thirty years of leadership experience in the industry. He currently serves on the board of Prosperity Behavioral Health, a private-equity backed company that provides multiple services to providers in the behavioral health space. He also serves on the Veteran’s Advisory Board of Myomo Health, the manufacturer of a powered orthosis (brace) that helps patients regain function in arms and hands paralyzed by neuromuscular disease or injury.
